DOES THE BED COME FULLY ASSEMBLED?
Beds come with the head board and foot board pre assembled, with the sides and slats separate. All you have to do when you receive the bed is attach the sides and the slats.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We are very flexible with the payment options, if you would prefer a payment option, rather than paying all in one go on the website feel free to contact us to discuss this with us. For customised orders we usually request a 50% deposit, with the remaining payable just before delivery or collection unless otherwise arranged differently. Sometimes we can offer a spread out payment process where we take a small deposit and smaller payments until fully paid upon which delivery will be made. IS IT MADE FROM SOLID WOOD?
Yes! All of our furniture is made from solid wood and built to last a life time. Unlike other furniture stores that claim to be solid wood, only to receive table legs made from solid wood but with hollow centres or wardrobes and chest of drawers with MDF backs... all of our furniture is completely solid wood. So from your bed posts to your table legs you will find completely solid posts, to the backs of wardrobed and chest of drawers build with the same planks of reclaimed timber as the front and sides.
WHAT IS YOUR LEAD TIME?
We operate a 5-7 week lead time as standard, however there can be some exceptions to this. If you have a deadline, and we have the time available in the workshop, we may be able to squeeze things through for you. Or in the event of unforeseen circumstances there may be slightly longer than expected wait times, for instance if the supply of reclaimed timber is affected due to it not being possible to acquire directly from a timber merchants.
CAN I CUSTOMISE MY FURNITURE?
The beauty of coming to Rustic Roots Furniture is that, you can customise absolutely anything to suit your needs, so long as its possible and feasable with the materials we use, and fits within the limitations and style of the reclaimed timber we use, which you can see throughout all our products. So from making your bed higher, to putting a plank of wood across the top, To making a thinner chest of drawers or a customised design or configuration of free standing shelving and book cases. The possibilities are endless.
